About SIMS
SIMS is one of Sweden’s leading recruitment companies in the field of executive search.
We are a partner-owned consultancy specializing in the recruitment of competent individuals with the ability to document their success for leadership roles and key positions in trade and industry and the public sector.
Operation
Our operation is structured around our three offices in Stockholm, Gothenburg and Malmö. There are twelve experienced consultants in total, each with personal professional credentials acquired over many years in leading positions in a broad spectrum of sectors and operations. Our combined experience covers most forms of business activity in industry, commerce and administration, both in Sweden and internationally. Together with four qualified researchers, we work on recruitment assignments both for large and medium-sized private companies, and for local authorities, central government and county councils.
Since we started in 1981, SIMS has been involved in thousands of challenging assignments, in which we have played our part by analysing customer needs, identifying suitable candidates and nominating and developing individuals in their appointments.

Our membership of the Signium International global network gives us a particular capacity to support international companies with leadership recruitment in most corners of the world.
